CFO advisory, in the areas where founder-led businesses lose money.
I work across three areas: finding where profit and cash are going, deciding what to change, and building the forecast and scorecard that keep the answer in front of you. Which of them you need depends on your business.
Drawn on as the business needs them.
Finding where the money goes
Diagnostic work: the honest read of where you actually stand.
- Margin erosion analysis: a line-by-line trace of what moved in pricing, cost, and mix, and what it’s worth
- Cash flow gap diagnosis: why the bank balance and the P&L keep telling different stories
- Profitability baseline: an honest starting line the whole team can agree on
- Pricing and cost structure review: whether what you charge still matches what it costs
Deciding what to change
Strategy work: turning the diagnosis into decisions you can defend.
- Margin improvement strategy: the specific changes to pricing, mix, and cost that move the number
- Cash flow stabilization: a forward plan that makes payroll boring again
- Capital and growth planning: aligning hiring, financing, and expansion with what the business can actually carry
- Goals and targets: the destination, set in numbers
The Monthly Rhythm
The monthly rhythm. The forecast, the scorecard, and the monthly call that turns them into decisions.
- Rolling forecast: a forward view that updates with reality
- Executive scorecard: the few numbers that actually drive the business, in one place
- Financial frameworks: the structure behind how decisions get made
- Ongoing CFO partnership: the monthly rhythm
How pricing works.
The Right Fit Call, the Financial Assessment, and the Findings Review are all at no cost. If we go forward from there, the engagement is a monthly retainer scoped to your business, and it’s fixed in writing before either of us commits.
I don’t publish a rate card. A $2M single-location business and a $12M multi-site operator need different rooms, and quoting before I’ve seen the financials would be guessing.

No. I don’t do bookkeeping, cleanup work, tax preparation, or tax advice. My work is CFO advisory: what the numbers mean and what to do about them.
Primarily remote, over video and shared workspaces. Onsite when the situation genuinely calls for it, but the rhythm is designed to work without it.
Good. Keep them. I work above the ledger, not on top of it. Your bookkeeper closes the books, your CPA handles the return, and I turn what they produce into decisions.
