The CFO you introduce your founder clients to.
CPAs, attorneys, lenders, financial advisors, and M&A advisors: your clients often need CFO-level strategic advisory and support well before they can justify hiring for it. That’s the gap I fill.
What happens to your referral.
- I take the introduction and run the Right Fit Call, at no cost to them or you
- I complete a Financial Assessment and walk them through the findings
- I stay in my lane. I don’t do bookkeeping. I don’t do tax work. I’m not competing for the relationship you have.
- You stay looped in on the strategic decisions that touch your work
- You look prescient. Your client gets clarity.
I work with your client’s bookkeeper and CPA, not around them.
I’m not here to replace anyone, including you. Their bookkeeper closes the books. Their CPA, whether that’s you or someone else, handles the tax return. My work sits above the ledger: taking what they produce and turning it into decisions the business can act on.
If someone is already doing good work, I build on it. If something is missing, I help fill the gap.
I don’t do bookkeeping, and I don’t do taxes. What I do is make sure the business is being run in a way that lets the people who do handle those things do their best work, including you.

The moments that signal a fit.
The clearest one: a business owner tells you revenue is up but they have no idea where the money went, or they’re making decisions off their bank balance instead of their financials.
- Growth is up but margin is flat or slipping
- Cash flow is unpredictable month to month
- The books close but nothing in them informs a decision
- Hiring, financing, or an acquisition is on the horizon
- The pricing model has drifted from the cost structure
- The owner is running finance because nobody else is
